Data Privacy Statement
For processing your cruise proposal, all necessary data will be stored on the servers of Projektträger Jülich and the GPF Office at German Research Foundation (DFG) and Helmholtz Association. When registering with and using the submission system, you will be asked to provide personal data. It is not possible for us to process your cruise proposal without this information. The data will be stored in our systems and used solely for the purposes as related to your request. This may involve forwarding your information to reviewers, to the German Research Vessels Review Panel (Begutachtungspanel Forschungsschiffe, GPF), and to the ship operating institutions. In individual cases and where necessary, this may also involve disclosing your data to a third party that may be based outside of Germany.
By submitting your cruise proposal you consent to these terms. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal.
